Idea Bank
"I don't have a business idea." Here's a list. Take one, change it, build it, sell what you make. They're free.
AI doesn't only take jobs. It lets one person start a business that used to need a team. The hard part for a lot of people is the first idea, so here are ours.
Public domain (CC0): no permission needed, no credit needed. Each card says what it takes to start (often just a computer) and what it takes to finish (sell or run it for real). Published with a date so nobody can patent these and lock everyone else out. Not legal, tax or money advice: check your own state's rules before selling anything.

A small-batch fragrance line
A handful of named scents with a story each, matching bottles and boxes, sold online. The design work (the scent notes, names, labels, packaging, the shop page) is most of the identity, and it can all be done before buying a single bottle.
To startScent concepts, names, label + box designs, a simple shop page.
To finishIngredients, a clean workspace, small test batches, then supplies and shipping. Cosmetics have federal rules (registration and labeling) - read them first.
- Write 3-5 scents as stories (notes + mood + name).
- Design one label system that works for all of them.
- Buy sample kits, make test batches, and let real people smell them before you scale.

AI phone calls for people who can't easily call
For people with hearing loss (or anxiety, or no time): an AI makes the call, says up front it's an AI assistant, gets the answer, and texts back a summary. Booking appointments, asking a business a question, checking on a bill.
To startA phone-number service (about a dollar a month) + an AI voice API; pennies per minute.
To finishClear consent rules (announce it's an AI, say if it's recorded, no mass calling), and a way to take payments.
- Make it call your own phone first.
- Use it for your own appointments for a month.
